Flow arts has been a huge part of my life for the past 7 years now, and has always been there in the best and worst of times.
Tapping into the flow-state provides us with a constant safe space to return to and has changed the way I live, move, breathe, and act. Flow truly still helps me in indescribable ways, strengthening my entire mind body and soul connection with music itself
I’m so grateful so how in-tune this art form has made me, how close it’s brought me to myself, and how close it brings people together.
